Great little lot for a neighbor to pick up to add some lot size or maybe some parking. High demand for parking in the small streets of Arrowhead Villas. There is a moratorium in the Arrowhead Villas at the moment which inhibits the issuances of new meters so the only real use case for the lot is what I noted above. If you can think of something else, great. But please don't ask me if you can build on it. Thanks. Lot is un the up slope of Knight Ct between 802 & 805.
